So went on a scale and am right on track.... weight is right 92,7kg(aiming 95kg at the end of the season so May), bodyfat 8,7%(this is as low as im gonna go).... and went to the gym 15 times last month, this month 5 times, so all good :) am not sure of posting my pic like yousef cause this community is mainly men :D
Goal is to hit the gym atleast 15 times a month til March...This month so far 12 times so this month no problems with that. December could get tricky, cause of busy basketball schedule, but 15times is the goal!!...If i dont make it 15times a month in those 3 months i will punish myself with running a half marathon in march in Portugal(i hate running or jogging in general, but my father is a light athletics coach and they have a camp in portugal in march, so there`s that) As for suggestions....can really recommend an app called Lifesum where u can easily make sure the calories in foods and how much u have consumed etc etc. There`s even a barcode scanner to get the calories :D Since i hate running, but have to get my heart rate up and stay fit i warm up with an app called Sworkit (30min full body and you are soaking wet) and after that i usually lift for 60-90mins.
