I started getting fat. Common, I'm too cool to get fat! We all have the same poblem - sitting job, eating a lot of junk food and simply loosing fittness, flexibility and health. All those stuff affect on our efficienty, so I've decided to create a sporty challenge. How it works? Write here about your exercise challenge: - what is your purpose, - what kind of activity are you going to do, - how much time daily/weekly are you planning to exercise, - what are you going to change in your diet, - how are you going to reward or punish yourself in the end of challenge. So went on a scale and am right on track.... weight is right 92,7kg(aiming 95kg at the end of the season so May), bodyfat 8,7%(this is as low as im gonna go).... and went to the gym 15 times last month, this month 5 times, so all good :) am not sure of posting my pic like yousef cause this community is mainly men :D
My current weekly exercise: Monday: Gym - Pull workout Tuesday: Abs at home Wednesday: Gym - Sprint workout Thursday: Gym - Push workout Friday: Rest Saturday: Rest Sunday: Rest This is not good enough! From today forward new routine will be: Monday: Gym - Pull workout Tuesday: Gym - Sprint workout + Abs Wednesday: Gym - Push workout Thursday: Gym - Sprint workout + Abs Friday: Gym - Leg Workout Saturday: Cardio - Jog for up to 1 hour Sunday: Rest This would be ideal if i could do this going forward.
