Sesion routine by pros.
I would like to know, how pros approach to each every sesion. What rules a pattterns do you have. For example: After every X hours make a break. Drink only water a eat fruit and vegetables. No checking social networks. No cuddle with wife or girlfriend (or both of them). And what about study? Do you analyze your hand after or before sesion? please share :-)
Wake up at 7am Go to pre-school with my son at 8am Breakfast, coffee, toilet Start grind about 9am Lunch 12am Go for my son at 3-4pm Free time then Weekends mostly free So I have just less than 6 hours/5 days per week to play, do job for TiltBook, etc and that's why I have just 40 hours played in the middle of October, but feel like I played 1542368
1) At morning WarmUp (Including lot of stuff, you can find what in The Mental Game of Poker 2) and plan my day. (What I want to achieve, on what I will be focusing etc.) 2) After that I spend 30-60 minutes of studying or reviewing notes/hands from days before. 3) Grind hour sessions and between each I take 15 minutes breaks for chill out, snack or for stretching. + After each session review marked hands. 4) If I need to I will do the warm-up again in the middle of day or at evening to get back on track. + Spend some time aside tables exercising. + 90% of my diet is based on macrobiotics. + Drinking only water (with one caffe in the morning). + Studying personal development and implementing it to my life.
