$150 to SNE - 30s
My roll has finally reached 3,000-dollar mark which means I can now play $30s and rake in a ton of VPPs. I am trying some new stuff and adjustements at this point, so for a start I am mixing $15s and $30s before fully jumping into $30s.
I had a quite an interesting conversation with one of the top hyper-turbo regulars earlier this week and he advised me playing less tables tiled instead of stacked for a while in order to get a better grasp of what actually happens on the tables. It really helped me and right away dramatically improved my results - after two days my ROI reached +14% and I was already imagining myself crushing $200s :D
But then I started to keep finding myself on that wrong side of a setup time after time. My opponents kept showing big hands In spots when I figured they'd push like 50 - 60% hands - when I called their shove with A8 or whatever they showed up with AJ etc. Add some terrible bubble spots and my EV ran down just the way it stormed up just days before. All that having been said I noticed one new leak in my game and I hope things will get better once I sort it out.
Once again I can't be proud of the volume I put in last week, but it is really tough to grind during summer. Without the grind I already spend a huge amount of time sitting at my PC, not to mention the upcoming Pardubice poker festival where I will spend over a week, so... in terms of volume, no sunny days ahead. My main goal for the moment is sorting out whatever leaks I can find in my game, eventually beating even the better regs I play with. Once I get that I can again begin to play a load of games each week in the autumn.
As usual, here is this week's graph:
