Goal to cut down bodyfat to 10% or so before I start building some mass. Almost there I think :) Sorry if some stuff is in Dutch, but basically 2400 kcal once a week, 2000 kcal other days, yoga, 3x weight lifting and that 200 pwo is cardio... Hate it lol.
